Sensing Sacred Unity

A Practice Circle is a closed group that meets via Zoom once a week for between six to ten consecutive weeks. Each weekly gathering is facilitated and goes for 90 minutes. In practice circles we engage in contemplative practice together, cultivating harmony of being by attuning to and aligning with the Presence of Spirit and ‘the sound of the genuine’ within us and between us.

When: May 1 – Jun 26 , 2026; 8:00am - 9:30am NZST
Where: Online via Zoom
Facilitator: Philippa Ranby
Cost: Koha / Dana (Guide: $10 - $20 per meeting)

In this practice circle, we'll engage in a single somatic meditation each week. Each of the somatic meditations are intended to support the refinement and subtlization of our sense perception so that our receptivity to Sacred Unity might be increasingly attuned. We’ll experience how we have the ability to sense phenomena at a completely different level, feeling the field of love and mercy in which we live and move and have our being.

As with all practice circles, there’ll be an opportunity offered to share with one another what impressions arise for us in the course of our contemplation. Participants will be free to speak or to hold silence.

Supporting texts:  “Mystical Courage,” by Cynthia Bourgeault, “Heartfulness,” by Robert Sardello, “Belonging Here,” by Judith Blackstone, “Heart Open, Body Awake,” by Susan Aposhyan, and “Touching Enlightenment,” by Reginald Ray. Please note: You do not need access to any of these books in order to participate in this Practice Circle.

Participants will receive a Zoom invitation that will be their link to the eight Practice Circle meetings and will be encouraged to join each meeting at 7:55am for an 8:00am start.
